As noted in the “About” section, TTGI maintains an extremely “flat” organizational hierarchy. The company president is in direct contact with his site location leads, allowing him to inject himself into any situation which requires his attention and intervention. It also allows employees relatively unfettered access to the company leadership in resolving issues of concern to them. As such, the company president has frequent, personal interaction with each employee, knows their concerns and manages the company in a manner to best address critical priorities for the well-being of the whole work force without losing sensitivity to individual needs. This approach underscores our business philosophy – caring for our employees so they can focus on providing the best possible service to our customers.
