The Seaport Enhanced (SeaPort-e) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) vehicle was launched by the NAVSEA Warfare Centers. It is the Navy’s electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. SeaPort was established to increase efficiency using a web-based, e-business procurement Portal, to facilitate performance-based service acquisition, leverage buying power, improve business intelligence, and reduce cycle time. The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, the United States Marine Corps, and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) compete their service requirements amongst 1800+ SeaPort-e IDIQ (indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity) multiple award contract (MAC) holders.

TTGI’s SeaPort-e Quality Assurance Program
Quality Management Approach
The TTGI Team knows that customer satisfaction is driven by quality. Our Quality Management approach includes the surveys and activities to determine quality personnel, performance and responsibilities so that personnel will satisfy the needs for which they are undertaken. This management includes informal and formal daily communication, with our customers, employee’s on-site and corporate HQ staff.
Our team incorporates Quality Management, Assurance and Control into everything we do. It is not simply a matter of ensuring the role is filled or the support needed is being filled; it’s a matter of doing things the right way every time. The goal of our Quality Management Approach is not only to ensure quality of personnel but to continuously improve the way that we train, retain and manage personnel.
Our Quality Management Approach reflects our years of lessons learned and experience working with the DOD and Civilian Federal agencies and incorporates industry standard best practices in Human Resource Capital Management. It begins with identifying quality staffing requirements and/or standards for personnel and documenting their duties and roles inside an organization.
