Welcome Justin Havrilla

TTGI is pleased to announce that Justin Havrilla has joined our organization as Vice President of Strategic Growth. In this capacity, Justin will provide expertise and leadership for TTGl’s strategy and growth across our portfolio of offerings within multiple DoD agencies. Justin brings a wealth of experience creating strategy and leading teams that work closely with customers to deliver critical solutions for the mission.

Before joining TTGI, Justin held a pivotal role as the Director of Lockheed Martin’s Hypersonic Engineering & Accelerated Technologies (HEAT) group. In this capacity, he spearheaded engineering and production initiatives aimed at rapidly advancing Hypersonic technologies.

Prior to his tenure at Lockheed Martin, Justin served as the Business Unit Leader of i3’s HEAT group, which was later acquired by Lockheed Martin in 2020. His extensive professional journey also includes significant stints in leadership, program management, and sales roles at prominent companies such as Panasonic Corp., AAR Corp., and SCI Technology.

Justin’s dedication to service extends beyond the corporate world. He served honorably in the U.S. Navy as a Naval Flight Officer, specializing in flying the EA-6B Prowler. During his military career, he undertook assignments supporting both the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI) and the Office of Naval Research (ONR). He is a distinguished graduate of the United States Naval Academy, where he earned ~is Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, before furthering his education by obtaining a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Alabama.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Justin enjoys spending quality time with his wife Trish and their children, Caleb, Audrey, and Tinley on their homestead.
