Our team of Educational Technologists and Training Specialists are adept at developing and executing detailed training plans and support packages aligned with mission objectives. From collaborating with Command leadership to refine courses of instruction and Program of Instruction (POI) to providing hands-on support during critical training exercises, our experts ensure that training programs are tailored to meet the evolving needs of DoD units.

TTGI oversees the management of Training Support Centers (TSCs) and warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient execution of critical training logistics. Our responsibilities include overseeing daily facility operations, managing inventory, and processing actions in logistics databases to support seamless training activities. As part of our TSC support, we prioritize safety and security compliance by providing comprehensive safety courses and personnel security training activities.

TTGI Information Technology professionals play a critical role in training program systems integration and analysis, ensuring the functionality and government approval of new training platforms. They collaborate with units to identify training requirements, schedule activities, and update support packages as needed. We manage operations of DoD proprietary training support systems such as ARMY Training Support and Training Support Enterprise, providing essential technical support to enhance training effectiveness.

TTGI Training Specialists deliver hands-on training experiences tailored to the specific requirements of DoD units, including Home Station Training (HST) and live-fire exercises. Through interactive methods and dynamic learning experiences, we ensure that training sessions are informative and engaging, thereby contributing to operational readiness. We employ innovative tools, such as war games and simulations, to validate multimedia courseware and digital systems analysis, ensuring our training programs remain effective and up to date.

Our Computer-Based Training Educational Technologists/Instructors serve as Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for Battle Staff Training. Leveraging innovative tools like Video Tele-Training (VTT), they enhance leader education and continually refine interactive multimedia courseware and simulations to meet the evolving needs of the DoD.
