TTGI provides medical coverage through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama, with options that allow the team members to choose the type of coverage (PPO or HDHP) that best fits their individual (or family) requirements. TTGI believes in providing only quality coverage options that provide the best support to our Team Members in case they should need it.   

Both Dental and Vision are provided through our partners at Guardian, providing a vast nationwide network of providers and affordable coverage that meets the needs of our team members.  TTGI’s plan provides a wide range of coverage that supports our team members and their families at all stages, including the “awkward braces” phase for our younger dependents.

TTGI provides Life Insurance, Long and Short-Term Disability Insurance for all eligible Team Members at no cost to them.  TGI offers access to affordable Voluntary Life Insurance for the Team Member and eligible dependents with the Team Member paying the premium.

TTGI provides optional access to Critical Illness and Accident coverage through our benefit partners.  These coverages provide cash payments to support our Team Members through medical treatment that may result in out-of-pocket expenses.  

Paid Time Off  TTGI provides a generous paid time off program that encourages Team Members to pursue a well-balanced life, enjoying activities outside of their professional pursuits.

Holidays TTGI follows the government Holiday schedule, allowing for 11 Paid Holidays per year.

TTGI’s Safe Harbor 401K plan provides a generous match of the Team Member’s contributions up the maximum contribution amount.   There is no waiting period to participate in the 401k Plan and vesting is immediate.
