Our StoryHistory

Starting as a one-person operation in Orlando, Florida, TTGI embarked on a remarkable 20-year journey. Initially launched to provide acquisition support services to PEO STRI, we have now grown into a leading small business prime contractor based in Huntsville, Alabama. Along the way, we have expanded our services to support a wide range of Department of Defense, Department of State, and Department of Health and Human Services tasks.

With multiple contract vehicles, including GSA OASIS and MAS, Army EXPRESS and OMNIBUS II, and Department of State PASS-D, our team has supported projects both within the U.S. and internationally for various entities including the Army, Air Force, National Guard, Department of State, and CDC.

Now, as we continue to grow, we are adding Technical Solutions to our already established expertise in Acquisition, Programmatic, Logistics, and Training support services. This expansion sets the stage for our continued upward trajectory and ongoing success in supporting crucial Government missions.

  • The Tolliver Group, Inc. incorporated
  • First Contact Award: PEO STRI

2007

  • First effort in AL: SubK supporting RSJPO

2008

  • First prime contract award: TACOM awards SDVOSB contract for RSJPO

2009

  • Established office in Huntsville, Alabama

2010

  • First Schedule Contract: GSA awards Federal Supply Schedule

2011

  • First Contract Vehicle: TACOM awards OMNIBUS BPA
  • Acquired TACOM Division of DRS Technologies C3&A
  • Established Office in Madison Heights, Michigan

2012

  • Acquired Petroleum & Water Division of DRS Technologies C3&A
  • Established Office in Chesterfield, Virginia

2013

  • First MA IDIQ Acquired OPTARS Contract

2016

  • First State Dept. Contract: DoS awards PASS-D BPA and Task Order for CA-OCS

2018

  • ACC-R Awards EXPRESS Progammatic BPA contract and EXPRESS Logistics BPA contracts

2019

  • GSA awards OASIS Small Business Pool 1 IDIQ
  • First EXPRESS Logistics Task Order: ACC-R awards PMO ASE

2020

  • Transferred company headquarters to Huntsville, Alabama
  • GSA awards OASIS Small Business Pool 3 IDIQ
  • NGB awards OASIS P1 Task Order for ARNG

2021

  • First USAF contract: 55CONS awards OASIS P1 Task Order for Flood Rebuild A&AS
  • Carl Ducket becomes CEO
  • TTGI begins rebranding

2022

  • Establish corporate philosophy: Engage, Create, Serve, Build

2023

  • ACC-R awards 5-year option on EXPRESS Programmatic BPA and Logistics BPA
  • Transferred Huntsville headquarters to new location in Research park

2024

  • In April 2024, TTGI was awarded a Prime contract by U.S. Army Contracting Command – Redstone to provide Logistics Support to the Uncrewed System (UAS) Project Office
