What We Do

Logistics

Logistics program management, inventory control, equipment maintenance, coordination of repairs, and material readiness. Strategic logistics planning, supply chain management, distribution analysis, and seamless execution of logistics operations.

TTGI delivers mission logistics support to product managers across the broad spectrum of commands within the Department of Defense (DoD). We orchestrate both long-term and short-term schedules that encompass the entire lifecycle of equipment, spanning from its initial receipt to its ultimate disposition. Our multifaceted logistics management approach involves a range of activities, including receiving shipments, conducting thorough inventory checks, reconciling discrepancies, and making informed decisions regarding the best use or disposal of each item. Whether it is coordinating shipments or determining storage strategies, TTGI logistics experts ensure efficient and effective equipment and materiel management.

TTGI is experienced in working with dedicated data systems that enable us to track equipment movements, establish shipping plans, and generate comprehensive reports. Our logistics analysts work with a variety of logistics management systems, including PBUSE, AWRDS, SAMS-E, SDS, ARMT, GTN, WPS, CCSS, and LMP, in support of our logistical capabilities, providing us with real-time visibility and invaluable insights into the readiness status and location of equipment. Our IT support staff shoulder the responsibility of maintaining the critical infrastructure that supports these systems, ensuring their timely seamless operation.

TTGI works closely with Government Technical Representatives (GTRs) and Materiel Enterprise (ME) leadership to understand scheduling needs and address any questions related to equipment status or serviceability. Identifying and resolving policy issues that may impede retrograde processes is a constant endeavor, necessitating regular coordination meetings to facilitate timely resolutions and mitigate potential disruptions to operations. Through ongoing engagement with customer leadership, we expedite solutions and advocate for the allocation of necessary resources to support the mission.

TTGI actively participates in forums and working groups focused on equipment readiness and materiel status. Through attendance at Equipment Distribution Boards, program round tables, working groups, and joint planning sessions, our logistics analysts ensure that logistical considerations are adequately represented and addressed in decision-making processes.

We work hand-in-hand with unit representatives to develop tailored schedules, track equipment movements, and generate insightful reports. Leveraging tools like PBUSE, we carefully monitor the status of each item, ensuring accountability and readiness across all classes of supply. TTGI technical staff assume responsibility for managing IT systems and equipment essential for inventory management and automated record-keeping, overseeing everything from procurement to storage and issuance.

TTGI maintenance staff ensure the operational readiness of equipment, conducting preventive maintenance checks, coordinating repairs with designated facilities, and carefully documenting maintenance activities. From routine servicing to unexpected repairs, our team is committed to upholding the highest standards of equipment reliability and performance. In anticipation of deployments, TTGI ensures that equipment readiness aligns seamlessly with mission objectives, optimizing logistics operations to meet the demands of dynamic and evolving missions.
