TTGI employs a comprehensive program management approach, conducting thorough assessments and offering analytical insights to enhance efficiency. We maintain up-to-date planning information via data collection and SharePoint database management. Our contributions to Project Management initiatives include communications management, strategic planning, and resource allocation. 

TTGI program analysts offer advice and recommendations, analyzing outcomes and impacts for strategic decisions. They focus on cost, schedule, and performance, utilizing defense acquisition tools. In support of budget formulation and execution, TTGI develops SharePoint databases to track financial information and provides crucial input for budget tracking. Our financial analysts prepare detailed reports for leadership, ensuring compliance with mandates from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). 

Our programmatic support includes Human Resource Management expertise providing personnel tracking, office logistics, and workload management. We offer training services and maintain informational websites to keep personnel informed. Our administrative experts handle travel coordination, meeting management, and responses to inquiries, along with call handling, mail organization, and document tracking. 

TTGI’s policy management Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) assist with program policy development, ensuring policy compliance with DoD, local, state, national, and international requirements, offering support with research of national and international regulations and policy constraints. 

Our program analysts review project progress, prepare staff studies, and develop presentations for high-level authorities. They manage information databases, verify data submissions, and coordinate report submissions. Our communication specialists coordinate strategic communications projects, producing executive-level publications for dissemination across the Department of Defense. They evaluate information flow, recommend clarifications, and provide briefings to Agency, Service, and Program Management Office leadership. 

Assisting government requirements owners, TTGI streamlines funding resource use by designing key performance indicators, providing progress and expenditure reports, and creating information retrieval dashboards, while managing collaborative tools, website communication platforms, SharePoint sites, and media interactions. Our operations analysts plan leadership forums, facilitate discussions, and capture feedback for positive outcomes. Integrated into various functions, they ensure functional inputs into project schedules are assessed.
