What We Do

Technical Solutions: What We Do

Identification of emerging needs and challenges, performance data collection, analysis, and comparison against established criteria. Development of metrics for areas amenable to objective measurement, including field testing, progress tracking, milestone achievement, and process and procedure adherence.

TTGI provides a wide array of technical solutions to the Department of Defense (DoD) encompassing services such as Product Support Management, Design Interface, Sustaining Engineering, Supply Support, Maintenance Planning and Management, Packaging, Handling Storage and Transportation, Technical Data, Support Equipment, Training and Training Support, Manpower and Personnel, Facilities and Infrastructure, and Computer Resources.

Our team conducts comprehensive reviews and assessments of requirement documentation for training devices and equipment specifications, providing input and recommendations throughout the design, development, delivery, installation, and logistic support phases for various training tools, including mock-ups, simulators, training aids, embedded devices, and Computer-Based Training. This encompasses managing the life cycle of equipment test program sets and automated test equipment.

Adhering strictly to SAE GEIA-STD-0007 standards, our technical analysts focus on safety, maintenance, and engineering changes. We validate Manuals for Wartime Operations (MWO), technical procedures, modification kits, and associated items, ensuring compliance with Unique Identification (UID) standards in Technical Data Packages and Depot Maintenance Work Requirements. Collaborating closely with Government leadership, we actively contribute to logistics sustainment, planning, and coordination efforts. This includes participating in the development, editing, and updating of manuals, testing procedures, and test bench assets. Our expertise extends to RAM engineering reviews, Performance Based Logistics RAM metrics, reliability programs, and design analyses. Within Maintenance Planning and Management (MPM) activities, we review Level of Repair Analysis (LORA) documentation to optimize system support. Our staff develop logistics support documents, including provisioning documentation, technical and supply bulletins, and calibration procedures.

TTGI validates and maintains customer proprietary Computer-based Training (CBT) systems of software, covering various training needs for system operators and maintainers. Our systems engineers integrate new technological advancements for both new and existing systems and subsystems. This includes support for initiatives related to Payload, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED), and emerging systems.

Managing legacy products and providing analytical and logistical input for various analyses, including LORA and Core Logistic Analysis (CLA), is another aspect of our expertise. We assist in the preparation of Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSP) and coordinate logistics for Materiel Release (MR). Utilizing automated Logistics Information Systems (LIS), we assess maintenance alternatives and conduct analyses to identify Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements affecting production and development programs. We provide data retrieval, maintenance, and systems operations for automated Logistic Information Systems. Our staff monitor system reliability and maintainability, providing status reports and conducting hardware and software sustaining engineering investigations to identify and resolve system failures and deficiencies.
